Regional & City Airports (RCA), the operator of Bournemouth, Exeter and Norwich Airports, and the owner and operator of XLR Executive Jet Centres, has announced it has entered into an agreement to partner with ICG, a global alternative asset manager, ICG. As a result, the company expects to expand its airports, cargo and executive business aviation operations.
