End-User License Agreement for PILOT

PILOT is the Copyright (2009) of Key Publishing Ltd. All rights reserved.

By using any part of the PILOT you accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement including the limitations on use, transferability, warranty and liability. This agreement is enforceable like any signed legally binding contract and may be changed or modified at any time by Key Publishing Ltd. Both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Key Publishing Ltd owns all intellectual property contained within the PILOT and permits you to use the data only in accordance with the terms of this agreement. You may not distribute, transmit or reproduce, backup, create or sell materials obtained from the PILOT unless authorised in writing by Key Publishing Ltd. You may display and electronically copy, download and print hard copies of the material solely for your own use, provided that you do not modify or delete any copyright, trademarks or other proprietary notices.

PILOT may allow you to access third party websites. Your access to and use of any third party sites or information made available from such sites is governed by the terms and conditions found at each third party site, if any. Third party sites are not owned or operated by Key Publishing Ltd. You use these sites at your own risk and Key Publishing Ltd makes no warranties regarding their performance. This includes all social bookmarking website services.

General Use. You may not modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based upon PILOT. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to discover the source code of PILOT.

Competitions ran by PILOT require the users email address to enter. PILOT retains the right to end competitions without notice. PILOT will pick winners at random and will announce winners on the competition page of PILOT. PILOT endeavours to run all competitions as fairly as possible. Email addresses may be passed to 3 rd parties unless the user chooses to opt out.

All images used, unless otherwise credited, are the property of PILOT. Any unauthorised use of images on PILOT is strictly prohibited.

In order to participate and contribute to articles and features via the comments section users must adhere to the Code of Conduct set by PILOT.

Comments or posts on the Forum by users do not represent the views of PILOT or Key Publishing Ltd.

If you are under 16 you must get a parent’s or guardian’s permission before leaving comments. PILOT is not responsible for any personal information users give out about yourself or anyone else. Comments can be removed without notice by PILOT.

PILOT takes steps to unsure all events listed on the PILOT website are genuine and up to date. PILOT is not accountable for false information or event cancellations. You are advised to check with organisers of such events prior to attending.

Intellectual Property Ownership and Copyright Protection – PILOT is protected by English law including without limitation the copyright laws of the United Kingdom and other countries by international treaty provisions. This Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by Key Publishing Ltd.

Warranty. PILOT is being delivered to you “as is” and Key Publishing Ltd makes no warranty as to its use or performance in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability and completeness or about the continued availability of any content. Key Publishing Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and freedom from computer viruses. Key Publishing does not guarantee use of PILOT will be uninterrupted or error free.

Limitation of Liability – In no event will Key Publishing Ltd be liable for any damages, claims, costs or any consequential, indirect or incidental damages or any lost profits or savings even if Key Publishing Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such loss, damages, claims or costs. Nothing contained in this agreement limits Key Publishing Ltd liability in the event of death or personal injury resulting from negligence or fraud or any other factor arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use or performance of the PILOT. PILOT is provided for information purposes only and users may not use the information for any unlawful purposes.
