The Flying Instructor Network Group held its first meeting at Stoke airfield on 26 April.

“Our aim is to provide a support group and a platform to all flying instructors to help them develop professionally,” co-convener Deepak Mahajan tells Pilot. FING will run workshops to improve practice standards, help with practical issues of insurance and offer “the all important network to discuss various instructional issues in a safe and supportive environment”.

“We invite all Flying Instructors to join our network and to form local networks in their areas based on a similar model with similar aims and objectives”.
