BOOK YOUR LANDING SPOT
With only weeks to go before the show launches, it is time to book your arrival slot for Friedrichshafen Airport!
Pilots can visit www.fly-away.de to request a slot for their arrival at EDNY and to obtain all necessary information about the relevant approach procedures. This year, however, Friedrichshafen Airport und Messe Friedrichshafen will only provide a phone booking service for PPR slot reservation. Please contact the Slot Booking Office directly by calling +49 7541 284185 or +49 7541 284186. Slots can be booked daily from 6.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. (UTC).
Register as early as possible to reserve your preferred landing slot.
AERO CONFERENCES
AERO will feature over 100 conferences, lectures and workshops during the four exhibition days. Speakers will present and discuss current topics in aviation, including eye protection, technology and airfield development.

AERO TENT CITY
AERO Friedrichshafen and outdoor supplier Vaude will, once again, be offering the ‘AERO Tent City’, an indoor campsite located in Hall A2, this year. Spend the night in a high-quality tent, chat with fellow pilots and let the evening fade away in a relaxed atmosphere. Tents for one or two people including breakfast are available for a small fee and can be booked online now. MONARCH AIRLINES FLIGHTS
UK carrier Monarch Airlines has extended its offer to include scheduled flights to and from Friedrichshafen. Since December 2012, the airline has operated flights to Friedrichshafen Airport from London-Gatwick and Manchester. The London route is being served four times a week (Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and Manchester twice a week (Thursday and Saturday). The airline operates A320 aircraft on the two routes.
Monarch Airlines flights are available from €37.50 (one-way) and €79.00 (return) including tax and fees.
