BRP is celebrating the 25th anniversary of the its Rotax 912 engine.

To mark the anniversary the company will be organizing a Rotax Fly-In, which will take place on 5-7 June 2014 at the airport in Wels, Upper Austria. This will be run in cooperation with the Aero Club Weisse Moewe Wels.

The company started the production of aircraft engines in the year 1973. The first certified aircraft engine was delivered in 1975.

One of the highlights of the fly-in will be a visit to the BRP facility in Gunskirchen where Rotax engines are developed and manufactured. More information will follow soon.
