Retired after thirty years of service as KLM’s City of Bangkok, this Boeing 747-400 has now been installed in the garden of the Corendon Village Hotel in Amsterdam

After repainting in the colours of tour, airline and hotel operator Corendon, it was transported by road to the site from Amsterdam-Schiphol Airport over a period of five days, crossing seventeen ditches/dykes and a major highway.

It will now be converted into the ‘Corendon Boeing 747 Experience’, opening in the third quarter of this year.

The Corendon Village Hotel in Amsterdam is the largest hotel in the Benelux countries, with 680 rooms.
