Clearing Customs at Southend on 18 May was the prototype Hungarian Genevation GENPRO aerobatic aircraft

It had arrived from Le Touquet and was heading to Peterborough-Conington for trials and demonstrations with the British Aerobatic Academy.

The world’s first full carbon/steel hybrid truss construction aerobatic aircraft, it first flew in May 2018.

It is powered by a Lycoming AEIO-580 and is stressed for +/-10g.
