Pilot has launched a new Live magazine app that can be tailored to suit the individual reader.
The Pilot Live app is available for iPad and offers a completely different reading experience to other types of magazine apps. Instead of simply offering a digital, page-turning version of the publication, it provides new, exclusive content in an edition-based emagazine that combines articles, full screen imagery and photo galleries.
What’s more, it also allows readers to access content that interests them with customisable category sections, social sharing, alternate article reading options and search functionality, plus the ability to add worldwide news and content sources as RSS feeds.
Pilot Live also allows users to receive print magazine content ahead of the crowd, and delivers up-to-date flying news, flight tests, travel articles, technique and other features straight to their iPads.
