Only 15 crews have made the shortlist after 675 keen teams entered the initial application phase

The Vintage Air Rally from Ushuaia at the southern most tip of South America to Sun and Fun in Florida next spring is set to be the adventure of a lifetime for the fifteen crews lucky enough to make the final selection – and there is a Pilot magazine team on the shortlist.

Contributor Charlie Huke and his wife Anna have made the shortlist, and Pilot wishes them every success in their application. Charlie and Anna’s plan is to take their Stampe G-AYCK, flying some 9,200 miles through nineteen countries as well as crossing the Carribbean via Cuba. “A truly epic flight if ever there were one,” says Charlie.
