Daher-Socata delivered 38 TBM 850s (flight tested in Pilot’s October 2012 issue) during 2012 – making it the fourth best year for the company’s TBM range since 1990.

The deliveries represented an eighteen percent share in General Aviation Manufacturers Association’s (GAMA’s) year-end shipment and billing figures.

Additionally, the worldwide TBM fleet – composed of the TBM 850 and its predecessor TBM 700 – has surpassed the combined one million flight hour milestone. With more than 620 of these aircraft produced to date, the overall fleet usage now averages in excess of 120,000 flight hours annually.
