Europa Aircraft have announced that the Long Wing variant of the Europa XS, formerly referred to as the Motorglider, has received approval from the UK Light Aircraft Association at a MTOM of 621 kgs (1370 lbs).
This is fantastic news for their UK customers as they now have the opportunity to interchange these wings with the existing shorter tourer wings for more diverse flight experiences.
The versatility of interchangeable wings has been enjoyed in other countries around the globe already, highlighting one of its many credentials as one of the most versatile kit planes available in the world today.
