The Light Aircraft Association (LAA) has appointed Philip Hall as its Chief Executive Officer.
Mr Hall has been a keen pilot since his teenage years and has enjoyed many types of aviation including gliders, microlights and fixed wing aircraft. He currently owns and flies an LAA Permit Gardan Minicab and is rebuilding a Cassutt.
In a statement on the LAA’s website, its new CEO said: “Given my huge passion for all things aviation related, I am extremely excited at the prospect of working for such a well-respected organisation as the LAA.”
Mr Hall will take up the position in early September and will attend this year’s annual LAA rally at Sywell Aerodrome.
