ABOVE: The  Piper Pilot 100i is primarily geared for the flight training market

Piper Aircraft recently delivered the 100th Pilot 100i, to a flight school based in Florida. The Pilot 100i was introduced in 2019 as the latest variant of the Piper PA-28, a type which has now been in production for over sixty years.

Based on a PA-28-181 airframe powered bya180hp Lycoming fuel-injected engine, the aircraft is targeted primarily at flight schools. It comes with a Garmin G3X Touch avionics suite, a G5 standby display, GFC 500 autopilot, and Electronic Stability Protection as standard.
