The company Hangar Homes has started offering plots at Enniskillen Aeropark, following planning approval for ten units and a clubhouse. The project will use light-gauge steel framing for building the homes, in order to reduce construction costs. A show home is planned, with an open day for the completed external shell expected before winter.
