Cotswold Flying School is on the hunt for a new base.

Its lease is due to end and the space occupied at present is required for expanding airport administration workforce.

The successful small RTF/ATO flying school – featured in Pilot’s March 2013 Airfield Profile of Cotswold Airport – requires either an office and briefing room or the ability to install a Portakabin, as well as hangarage or parking for three aircraft (a Tecnam P2002JF, Cessna C152 and C172SP).

Due to the company name and the location of existing customers the school is particularly interested in moving to a location within the Cotswolds or surrounding area.

The school says it expects to fly around 900 hours a year, but is happy to conduct training elsewhere in the event of planning restrictions.
