Compton Abbas Airfield has become the first Registered Facility in the UK to obtain Approved Training Organisation status under EASA regulations.
As such, the flying school will be commencing the ‘Light Aircraft Pilots Licence’ flight training courses with immediate effect.
Compton recently purchased the first EASA certified aircraft to carry out flight training in the UK – the PS28 Cruiser. The aircraft is already being used for flight training and will be available for the LAPL licence too.
