The Radio Mandatory Zone (RMZ) introduced at Blackpool Airport has been withdrawn, more than three weeks ahead of schedule.
According to the CAA, the temporary airspace change was put in place to cover the replacement of the airport’s radar on 27 August 2013.
The project has been completed far sooner than the airport expected.
