Microsoft has cleverly employed new features into this simulation giving the user the ultimate in combat experience at all levels. With each new release, Microsoft has improved user menu screens and Combat Flight Simulator 3 is no exception. Novice users will find making choices and setting options intuitive and simple, with the emphasis clearly on getting players flying quickly. Be warned however, jumping into combat in an unfamiliar aircraft, will likely result in a downward spiral and an untimely end to your flying career. Pilots do have the option of bailing out (single seat fighters only) and until they activate their parachute will find the ground approaching fast!
