Spares service now up and running
There’s relief for Robin owners now that a full spare parts service for all current models is once again available from the Robin factory at Darois. A large backlog of orders has been cleared and staff are now in place again to respond promptly to orders and enquiries, which can be sent by e-mail to info@ceapr.com or by fax to 0033 3 80 35 25 25, or by accessing the CEAPR website www.ceapr.com and following the leads to “customer support” and “parts”. Spares for older types may not be “on the shelf” but the factory is committed to supporting as far as is possible all aircraft carrying the Robin name. There’s still no mention of when (or if) production of new Robin aircraft will re-commence.
