£55, available from Black Star Brands
In the 85th anniversary year of Britain winning outright the celebrated Schneider Trophy, Black Star has produced a polo shirt celebrating the famous competition.
The names of RJ Mitchell — designer of the winning Supermarine S6B seaplane — and successful pilot Flt Lt JN Boothman are embroidered into the neck.
Additional features include other representative stitched-on emblems of the win, and the shirt comes with a fold-out map of the 1931 race course.
Pre-shrunk and made of 95% cotton, 5% elastane, the polo shirt is available in white and navy in sizes S/M/L/XL/2XL. Sizes are clarified on the website, where other aviation-related designs are also available.
Note Black Star operates out of Canada. You can pay in local currency but the prices may fluctuate a little, although Black Star aims to keep the polo shirt price around £55.
