Pilot and music producer Tony Moore embarks upon three-day flying tour this weekend

FOLLOWING the success of last year’s Acoustic Airwaves tour, Tony Moore will again play for aero club audiences this weekend to raise money for The Teenage Cancer Trust. In 2007 Tony created “Acoustic Airwaves” as a unique touring concept to help raise money and awareness for Teenage Cancer Trust (TCT) by flying to 15 different airfields in nine days  and giving spontaneous performances right where he landed.Armed only with a Gibson Acoustic guitar, portable Yamaha Keyboard and small PA system Tony will fly in and play six gigs across the country. While the average musician will probably travel to gigs in an old van, crammed to the roof with musical equipment, Tony will be elevating the art of touring to new heights and proving that not even the sky’s the limit for his next tour as he takes a small light aircraft and flies solo to the aviation venues. For details of the dates, locations and special guest please see below…5th September    1pm                    Kemble (AV8 Bar)5th September    7pm                    Gloucester Staverton (Aviator Bar)6th September    1pm                    Netherthorpe (Club House)6th September    7pm                    Fenland (Club House)7th September    1pm                    Northampton Sywell (Club House)7th September    7pm                    Goodwood (Club House)                   www.tony-moore.com
