AeroSuperbatics to display 5-ship Stearman formation at 2008 airshows
THE world’s only formation wingwalking team, Team Guinot, launches its five-ship formation display to the UK circuit at exclusive airshows this summer.Team leader Vic Norman said, “The impact of five Boeing Stearman biplanes roaring through the skies, blazing smoke trails and filling the skies with formation aerobatics will be fantastic.”Growing demand for wingwalking displays both in the UK and internationally has driven the need for a fifth aircraft. Also new for the 2008 season is a V formation.“The five pilots and wingwalkers will be flying the new big V ‘Vulcan’ formation during the display to celebrate the return of this beautiful, historic aircraft to the skies!” added Vic.The team’s display dates will be posted on the website www.teamguinot.com
