The Airspace and Safety Initiative (ASI) has launched an iBook version of the definitive pilot’s guide to the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
The electronic publication includes podcasts and charts, and guides pilots through security and operational airspace restrictions and additional procedures in place over the summer.
It does not replace official communications channels and publications such as Notams, and is for background information only. Additionally, the guide will be subject to change as necessary over the next two weeks.
The 130 page manual for iPads is available as a free download from the Apple Store here.
